Reflecting on a Term of Growth, Gratitude, and Celebration

As we close Term 4, it’s hard to believe how quickly the year has flown by. This term has been full of memorable moments that have celebrated our Primary School students’ growth, achievements, and spirit. From graduations and carnivals to awards assemblies and celebration evenings, we have so much to celebrate and be grateful for!

This term, we had the pleasure of celebrating our youngest learners at several Early Childhood Graduations. These special events allowed us to honour their hard work and growth as they take their first exciting steps into the next phase of their educational journey.

Seeing their faces light up as they received their certificates was a true reminder of the blessings of nurturing young minds in a loving and supportive environment.

We also celebrated the milestone of our Year 6 graduates, who completed their primary school journey and are now ready to take on the challenges of high school. Our Year 6 Graduation ceremony was a beautiful celebration of their accomplishments, friendships, and the personal growth they’ve experienced over the years. We are so proud of each of them, and we pray that they will carry with them the values and wisdom they’ve learned here as they move forward into the next chapter of their lives.

Last week, we had our Awards Assembly and Christmas Celebration Evening to recognise and celebrate the incredible achievements of our students. From academic excellence to personal growth, Christian character, and leadership, seeing so many students acknowledged for their hard work and character was wonderful.

These events remind us of the many blessings we experience within our school community and how God continues to guide and shape our students in their hearts, minds, and actions.

As we reflect on the term, I want to take a moment to thank each member of our school community – our students, staff, parents, and caregivers – for your role in making Term 4 so special. The love, encouragement, and support within our school are a testament to the strength of our Christian community. We have seen God’s hand in so many aspects of our lives this term, and we are deeply grateful for that.

As we head into the holiday season, I pray you find time for rest, reflection, and renewal. May this time be filled with peace and joy, and may you feel God’s blessings in everything you do.

Thank you for your continued partnership in raising our children to be strong in character and faith.

Wishing you all a very blessed Christmas and a joyful New Year. I look forward to seeing you in 2025, ready for another year of growth, learning, and community.
