More than 1,300 people gathered on 2 August 2024 at the Crown Ballroom to pray for our local, state and federal communities. Mr Holtam, Ms Retallack, Mr Chan, Mrs Killalea and a few primary and secondary student leaders attended this memorable event.
The WA Governor, Mr Christopher John Dawson AC APM, welcomed school students, church groups and long-time supporters of this event with his opening remarks before handing over to keynote speaker Mr Mike Raiter, who spoke on the ‘Parable of the Talents’ from Matthew Chapter 25.
The Governor’s Prayer Breakfast tradition began more than thirty years ago in Western Australia (WA) and has grown in number each year.
