Our Primary Campus Celebrates a Memorable End to the Year
On Friday, 6 December, the Primary campus marked the end of the year with a Final Awards Assembly in the morning and a Christmas Celebration in the evening.
The day began with a beautiful performance by the school choir, who sang a Christmas song that set the festive tone for the assembly.
We recognised students for their achievements in academics, sports, and character. We also bid farewell to our departing staff members and want to express our deep appreciation for their hard work and positive impact on the school community.
Additionally, we congratulated the winners of the Wellbeing Competition, sponsored by Bendigo Bank, and we would like to thank Ms Van Corler (School Counsellor) for organising this fun and engaging initiative. We announced the House Captains and Student Leaders for 2026, and we are excited to see these students take on leadership roles in the coming year.
In the evening, the Christmas Celebration featured nativity song performances from each year group, led by Ms Anstee, with students reading the nativity story between the songs.
The following prestigious awards were presented:
- CSA Community Service Award: Elisa N
- Donna Farager Leadership Award: Frank V
- Matthews Hughes Civic Achievement Award: Kimberlee C
- Shire of Mundaring Citizenship Award: Braxton G
- SCEA Award: Samantha W
The evening ended with the Primary Rewind Video, showcasing the best memories of 2024. Thank you to Mr Chan for putting it together.
These events provided a remarkable conclusion to an action-packed year full of highlights!
